The customer pays a non refundable $40.00 cash evaluation fee when the unit is dropped off. We will disassemble the unit , diagnose the problem and call you with a quotation on repair if that is possible. We let the customer decide. If you decide to repair the unit the evaluation fee is deducted from the total
